The Charlotte Area Science Network (CASN) Business is a network of business, government, education and not-for-profit organizations advocating for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, innovation, and careers.
CASN Business, one of the three divisions of CASN, represents businesses working together to increase the awareness around STEM, both professional and educational, and its economic impact in the region through engagement, education and idea exchange. We focus on highlighting this region’s vibrant and sustainable STEM economy by promoting STEM career opportunities with an emphasis on diversity. Through outreach, events, and networking, we connect and engage businesses, educational institutions and other organizations, bringing opportunity, visibility, and enthusiasm to STEM careers and education – building the pipeline of future talent.
