Ana was born and raised in Venezuela; she earned her Professional Cook degree at one of the most prestigious culinary Institutes of her home country. She started a ´´sweet´´ catering business that made her known for her passion and innovative approach to the custom cake design and mini desserts. With more than six years of experience in the pastry field she is now the Co-owner and Head Chocolatier of Davidson Chocolate Co.


Parking is across the street from the center city. Parking is Free.
